Insurance, is an independently owned insurance agency which markets and sells insurance and
insurance related products through affiliate companies in conjunction with managing general
agencies. Affiliate and managing general agencies are licensed or otherwise approved to

Insurance is licensed and under contract to sell the productions of its affiliates as a producing
